Agreement
By creating an account or using Inflow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Inflow is operated by Madala Ventures.
The service
Inflow helps you create quotes and invoices, track expenses, and send documents to your clients. Some features use AI to speed up data capture. We may update or improve the service over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate business details, since they appear on the documents you issue.
Acceptable use
Use Inflow lawfully. Do not use it to send fraudulent documents, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
AI features
AI features (receipt scanning and voice-to-quote) are powered by OpenAI and are designed to assist, not replace your judgement. Results can be imperfect — you review and confirm every output before it is saved or sent. Inflow does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.
Billing & subscriptions
The Free plan is free. Paid (Pro) subscriptions are billed through Paystack. Pro is currently offered at early access pricing, which may change before general availability — we will give you notice before any change. You can cancel at any time and continue on the Free plan.
Your content
You own the content you create in Inflow. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so we can provide the service (including sending documents on your behalf and running the AI features you invoke).
Disclaimers & liability
Inflow is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
Termination
You can stop using Inflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be communicated, and the “last updated” date above will change.
